Motivation and Mindset (Words of Wisdom)

inspirationHello Everyone,

Welcome to a brand new feature of my blog.

We all know that to be effective, we need to be motivated and need to have the right mindset. We also know that sometimes we need a bit of help to get us back on track.

In this post and the next, I am going to introduce two new features on my blog, which I hope you will welcome. The aim of both is to get you mentally on track.

A brand new category:”Motivation and Mindset” will feature tips, tricks and strategies which you may want to try to get the most out of your “neck-top” computer. Typically, posts in this category will require some action on your part or a change of behaviour or in your thinking, for you to get the benefit from them. Reading through posts in this category will be like referring to a self-improvement book. More on this category in my next post.

The second feature is “Words of Wisdom“, which I have made a sub-category of “Motivation and Mindset” so that you can find it easier.

The aim of this section will be to give you a “quick fix” when you’ve suffered a setback, or mentally need quick stimulation or encouragement. It will be the area to “dip into” if you have a minute or two spare and need instant inspiration. I intend it to be a bit like picking up an intriguing “coffee table” book, which rewards you each time you flick through it!

Please add your own contributions to these two new features: by all means comment on any posts I have made, but also feel free to add any new material so that everyone can benefit (including me!).

Due to the nature of “Words of Wisdom”, probably one inspirational quote per comment will work best. I’ll try to add a comment at least every other day so that there is always something new there.

I’ve added a few quotes today to give this section a bit of momentum and to start us off I’ve revisited my notes for the recent “Entrepreneurs Bootcamp” at Brighton.

Enjoy.
